The Atlantic Ocean at last and a member of the EFI Club!!!
It was a fantastic day for a bike ride! An easy ride to the ocean good back country roads . There was an overcast sky and it threaten to rain, but it didn't matter as everyone was in high spirits. We all road and meet at a coffee shop that was about 10 miles from Rye High school, the last stop before getting to the ocean. We gathered at the coffee shop to reminisce about the journey and to kill some time. After the coffee shop we road the 10 miles to the high school were we all regrouped. After everyone arrived we took some group photos and then lined up in formation. We road the last 3 miles to the Atlantic Ocean as a group wit a Police escort, words cannot describe the emotions of knowing that journey was about to end. Ridding over 3,700 miles with over 100,000 feet of climbing in all kinds of weather and road conditions, it's something that you just have to experience for yourself.
