Body fat: 20.5% - Goal 20%
2011 training miles: 3834 miles!!!!! - Goal 3,000 miles
Weekly miles: Max 300 miles - Goal 325 miles
Number of century rides: 7!!! - Goal 8
Longest ride without stopping for a break: 67 miles - Goal 60 miles
Body weight: Maintained 157 to 162 lbs
