Rest Day in Sioux Falls, SD
A well deserved rest day after several very hard and long days on the bike! It was hot, mid to high 90's and high humidity. I did my laundry, took care of my bike, and tried to keep cool. Went to the movies and saw "Horrible Bosses" it was OK, at least the movie house was cool.

We have ridden across 4 states

Milestones:
We reached the half way mark in both miles and in days
We had our hardest day on the bike (so far); 117 miles with strong headwinds and rain.
Tomorrow we have a 70 mile to Worthington, MN and cross another state line.
