We had a late start today do to the short mileage, I didn't get on the road until 8 am. The weather was cool with sunny sky's, but warmed up to the mid 90's by early afternoon. We started the day by ridding over a short bridge and crossed our first state line into Idaho. We road through farm land with rolling hills, small towns, and residential areas for most of the day. Some areas were pretty desolent with not much to see. Some of the roads that we road over were pretty rough, but with very little traffic. We road up and down over some fairly steep but short hills and on back country roads, a good break from the busy highways. We had one SAG stop today at mile 31. Most of us had lunch in Hyde Park in Boise that had great food and great Idaho French Fries.
It was a good day to ride!! Tomorrow is a rest day!!
