Day 9 - Rest Day In Boise, ID

We are in Boise, ID for our first rest day.  Here are the stats for for our first leg of the ride:

Total Distance: 649 miles
Total Elevation Gain:  28,773 ft
Total Ride Time: 53 hrs

Today we are on our own, no set schedule to meet.  I took care of my bike and laundry and then took a walk to downtown Boise to the Capital building.  I visited the local bike shop and bought a few needed items.  Tomorrow we ride to the town of Mountain Home, ID, 53 miles with some climbing in the fist half.  The weather forecast is for scatted thunderstorms with temperatures in the high 80's.
